Spring 4th Year
The project is an adaptive reuse of a 1964 Modern nursing home located in Hot Springs, Arkansas. The client bought the property in a dilapidated state and chose our studio to transform it into a boutique hotel inspired by Hanamaki, Japan.
Spring 3rd Year
The project is based in Seoul, South Korea. It is a regional office design for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Korean Drum Dances are what inspired the design for the project.
Spring 2nd Year
These are apartments designed for a retired niche community living in Palm Springs, California. Inspired by the active aging community, the focus group are people interested in Homeopathic medicine and Holistic living.
